As chair you are the social butterfly, have strong networking skills and are not afraid
to sell.
Here is a quick guide to follow to get your seats filled quickly:

Create invitation list and email list for e-blasts and mailed invitations.

If you purchased the Printed Materials Package you will need to provide your designated CCC concierge with your event details and logos for creation of your event save the date, invitation and other printed material templates.

We customize e-blasts to highlight event components to get people to your event. (Such as designer labels featured in your Re-Sale Vault, Entertainers, Live Auction Experience Trips, Table of Ten Raffle items) You simply add it to your email list and send them.

Theme table tickets are the most sought after seats in the house. E-blast campaigns feature the ones you have chosen. Make sure to offer these tables first to your most valued supporters.

Manage the distribution of tickets in the most cost effective manner. CCC advises in electronic ticket sales options to assist you in this effort.

CCC helps you choose an electronic payment option for ticket sales which provides a door list for creation of your table seating assignments.

It is recommended that every member of your host committee purchase a table. This will get you off to a great start at filling your seats and creating working capital.

Your charity partner should also get supporters and their sponsors to fill tables.

Combine a list of honorary chairs. Select local dignitaries and celebrities to lend their name for the purpose of elevating your event for additional support and attendance. Honorary Chair recognition requires a $500 donation. All Honorary Chairs receive: One (1) VIP early pre-event pass to shop the Designer Couture Re-sale Vault (Boutique), One complementary Designer Couture Re-sale Vault scratch off discount card for use the day of the main event, One (1) Main Event General Admission Ticket, Name recognition in event media and program, In addition they will have the option to be seated at a premier view honorary chair table.
