Swag Bag

Your swag bags are the tails of the event.  They keep your guests engaged in supporting your sponsors, local businesses and trying new products.  They also serve as a reminder of the great experience they had. 

Follow these easy steps for easy swag bag execution:

  • Provide the logo ... we provide the printed bag.

 

  • Select both the bag color from our selection and single print color for your logo.  Full color logo will incur an additional cost.

 

  • Solicit a $2500 sponsor to place their name or logo on your bag.  The name or logo will be co-branded with the Cocktails & Couture for a Cause logo. 

  • Coordinate your bag sponsorship with your sponsorship chairperson once  a sponsor is secured. 

  • Once swag bag sponsorship payment is received forward graphics to: Kristy@CocktailsAndCoutureForACausePittsburgh.com                        *** Note logo must be received 8 weeks prior to your event date for printing and shipping deadlines.

  • Solicit swag bag filler.  We recommend you start with your sponsors.  You will need to work closely with your sponsorship chairperson to coordinate your ask.  Sponsors are often times happy to include advertising items in the bag to further show their support for the cause. 

  • Contact the local chamber of commerce to seek a volunteer to assist you. Chamber employees have established relationships with local businesses and have a vast network to draw upon. 

  • When seeking items to fill your bag think outside of the box ask businesses to support the cause by providing discounts, percentage off or freebie coupons.  The best places to ask in our experience are:  local and national chain restaurants, spas and salons, local store and boutiques, car washes, travel agents, locally made goods (request small samples), Home service providers (yard, paint, repair), sports teams/golf courses/sport lesson providers/marina, personal shopping services.

 

  • Remember that you are requesting the number of items to have one for each attendee. 

 

  • Once you have gathered all your "swag" arrange with your volunteers a date a minimum of two weeks prior to the event your "filling" party

  • Deliver assembled swag bags to venue or designated host committee member.
