Sponsorship

Your the revenue master for the event.  You will work closely with all the event

chairs to get as many of the event components sponsored as imaginable. 

You will work with your host committee to gather leads and communicate when sponsorships have been sold.

Follow this guide for a successful sponsorship campaign!

  • A sponsorship menu will be created by CCC with all of your event information and sponsorship levels.  It is important to note that customized sponsorship packages can also be created.  In addition to your organization's customized sponsorship menu a sponsorship request letter is also provided.  It is your responsibility to have the menu and request letter printed and mailed.  Printing can be done by CCC if desired for an additional cost.

  • A Sponsorship Menu is the guide for what your sponsor will receive in return for their generous contributions.

This is our recommended sponsorship menu is as follows:

  • $10,000 Cosmopolitan

  • $5,000 Manhattan

  • $2,500 Gimlet

  • $2,000 Cocktail Host

  • $1,500 Moscow Mule

  • $1,000 Martini

To follow is a quick outline of what is offered at each sponsorship level:

$10,000 COSMOPOLITAN

  • Logo placement in pre-event and event public relations and advertising initiatives, press releases, social media, e-blast campaigns, event collateral including: program, onstage recognition and premier signage.

  • Opportunity to include premier items our coveted swag bag.

  • To provide one brand ambassador known as a "Cocktail Mixer" to highlight your brand at the event.

  • Ten(10) VIP upgraded luxurious spa themed table tickets for ten(10) of your guests.

  • Ten(10)  Main event upgraded VIP table swag in addition to ten(10) main event swag bags.

$5,000 MANHATTAN

$2,500 GIMLET

  • Your name and company logo on your selected VIP theme table.  Your sponsorship will underwrite the theme table gifts for each attendee.

  • You will choose a theme table from committee selected list
