• CCC provides a single webpage link that features your event components, highlights your charity beneficiary, and is the place for your electronic ticket sales.   CCC will assist you in choosing a web based ticketing solution platform.

• We will assist your organization in identifying the best registration, ticket sales, table seating management, silent auction smart phone bidding platform, secure credit card registration for easy check-out system. 

​

• Graphic design for Save The Date, Invitations, Ads, E-blast (12), Event Programs, and Sponsorship Menu and copy suggestions to highlight your event for use on your social media platforms.

• You provide the details we mock up all the event printed materials, we will also revise your materials as well based upon your feedback. 

​

• If you purchase our signage package we provide you with printed customized signs for your charity.  Materials include:  Step And Repeat, Two Sponsorship Step And Repeat Side Banners, One stand up retractable floor banner featuring your chosen live auction experience with details/photos and sponsored event component signage.

• We will assist you with templates for your press releases.
