  • UTILIZE COCKTAILS AND COUTURE PROMOTIONAL VIDEOS AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS.

  • DETERMINE THE NUMBER OF SILENT AND LIVE AUCTION ITEMS NEEDED.

  • CONTINUE SPONSORSHIP PROCUREMENT

  • PROCURE PHOTOGRAPHER AND VIDEOGRAPY - PLACE DEPOSIT

  • PROCURE AV/ RENTAL

  • PROCURE STORE MERCHANDISING MATERIALS:  HANGARS, RACKS, BOUTIQUE PROPS
